NEVER presume
- Me: What name shall I put on the order?
- Customer: Mr Sutherland. Spelt like Kiefer.
- Me: No relation I presume?
- Customer: Same family actually.
- Me: Really?
- Customer: Yeah, he has property all over the states and we go stay over there a couple of times a year.
- Me: Nice. He is great in Stand By Me and Lost Boys. I love those films.
- Customer: Yeah, he's a great guy.
