Out on the town! Stealing the crown…
I spent the day with Nicola who is back from university for Easter. She got me some awesome presents! :) We cooked up a mental birthday breakfast then went for a walk up to The Beacon which overlooks the whole of my hometown and the surrounding countryside. It was beautiful up there in the sunshine. Nicola got scared of an animal running around in the bushes though! Haha. After that we chilled on my roof sunbathing.
Then in the evening we went to dinner at my favourite place in the whole world. Squires. Its a legendary local fish and chip restaurant. I used to work there when I was a wee lad and its amazing. And ‘coz it was my birthday the owner paid for our drinks! After that I met up with my buddies Gareth and Bo for a bit of cake. Gareth got me The Clash - Clash City Rockers on 7” which is sickkkkkkk! Cheers bro! Then we went out for drinks at a cocktail bar in town which was such a laugh!
All in all, a pretty good little birthday I reckon.
